Poonch, Jan 10: Inhabitants of ward no 3,4,6 and 7 of border village upper Mangnar sans basic necessities due to negligence of authorities.
According to the residents of Mohalla Mitrawali, Mohalla Chapran, Mohalla Malach and Mohalla Kalsan of said village have no road connectivity, mobile network, drinking water, electricity, health center and properly functioning educational institutions and anganwardi centers.
The locals have accused the former legislators of failing them. "The border people have been kept in the dark," they said.
A local, Chudhary Shabir Doie has appealed to Governor to look in to the matter and provide basic facilities to the common messes of the border village |
