| Public meeting held at Manjakote | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 20: A police public interaction meeting was today held at Manjakote area of Rajouri district.
Meeting was chaired by Sub Division Police Officer (SDPO) Manjakote, Nisar Khoja in presence of SHO Manjakote Barket Qureshi.
Number of local people especially panches and sarpanches were present in the meeting who highlighted number of grievances.
During the meeting they also appreciated the efforts of police against drugs menace.
SDPO Manjakote, Nisar Khoja appreciated the way in which people from Manjakote are extending their cooperation towards official machinery in maintenance of peace and order in the area. He also said that people are 'eyes and ears' of official machinery.
He further asked people to share any information regarding any suspect in the area with an aim to ensure fool proof security arrangements ahead of Republic Day. |
