Both are sister and niece of Munshi Khan, the father of Yasmeen Akhter, respectively. Therefore, it emerges that deceased/complainant and accused party are close relatives. It is further seen that as per prosecution story Jabbar Hussain has much liking and inclination towards Rukhsana Kouser, which caused annoyance to deceased, Shahshad Begum, therefore, all the accused persons hatched a conspiracy to get rid of her. Accordingly, in a pre planned manner, during the intervening night of 12/13 of August, 2017, all the accused persons in pursuance of well thought plot, strangulated Shamshad Begum to death.
