UDHAMPUR, Jan 24: Jagdev Singh, President Gram Sudhar Committee (GSC) Block Chanunta in Udhampur District has expressed deep shock over the bus - accident at Kuh Nallah in Ramnagar Tehsil, Udampur District here today. Jagdev Singh urged upon the State Administration more so traffic and road management departments to ensure smooth traffic to stop frequent road accidents in which several precious lives are lost every now and then in the hilly areas. Gram Sudhar Committee (GSC) demanded adequate compensation to the next kin of those who lost their lives in the accident. He said road accidents have become common feature in the hilly districts of Jammu province. |
