Jammu, Jan 24: Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Shahzad Azeem rejected bail of Mohd Rafiq S/O Mohd Ismail, caste Gujjar, R/O Sail Sui, Tehsil Kalakote, District Rajouri.
According to the police case the accused was known to the victim, because he trades in sheep. Accused had visited her residence on, 02.12.2016, when her mother was out for daily pursuits and after administering her something in the tea, ravished her and committed rape.
Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Shahzad Azeem after hearing both the sides observed that prosecutrix, a minor, do prima facie establishes the commission of alleged offence and in view of severity of punishment, application is found without merit, accordingly, same is dismissed. |
