| DB disposes off PIL regarding proposal of handing over Saraswati Dham to Narayana Hospital | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 28: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Duggar Kranti Sena against the move to hand over Saraswati Dham which stands constructed by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board at Railway Station, Jammu for the purposes of providing affordable accommodation to pilgrims visiting the Shrine near the Railway Station, Jammu to the governing body of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, a Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Advocates Gourav Goswami & Pushpinder Singh for the PIL whereas Adv Adarsh Sharma for the respondent, disposed of the PIL as counsel for the Shrine Board submitted that the proposal stands withdrawn by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
DB observed that the statement is taken on record and the respondents shall remain bound by the same. |
