JKTF hails Govt's decision | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 28: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum has hailed the decision taken by government in respect of teaching fraternity. A meeting of the Central body of JKTF was held under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria State General Secretary, JKTF in which various issues pertaining to different cadres of education department were discussed. All the participants expressed their satisfaction of the Govt. decision for issuing the SROs in favour of Headmasters, Masters/Head Teachers and Teachers working under the centrally sponsored schemes of RMSA/SSA, now SMAGRA. Ganesh Khajuria exhorted upon the Secretary School education for issuing the formal orders for the release of the salary grants in favour of the above mentioned employees who are without salary for the last 5 months and are facing a lot of financial hardships even though they had been delivering their duties with utmost dedication and devotion for the welfare of the student community. Prominent who were present in the meeting included Surat Sing Toofani, Mohd Iqbal, Darshan Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Raj Singh, Sham Badyal and Sushil Sharma. |
