RAMBAN, Jan 29: A person was killed and five were injured in two different mishaps in Ramban district today.
According to Police sources,a person died and three were injured when an ambulance (JK19-5348) they were travelling in skidded off the Ramban-Gool road at Kanga and fell in a gorge today afternoon.
The deceased identified as Mohammed Ali of village Kabbi,Ramban,an employee of PHE department succumbed to his injuries while being on way to Ramban district hospital.
The injured identified as driver Wazir Mohammed, Kutub Din and Fareed Ahmed were admitted in the Ramban district hospital. The ambulance was returning to PHC, Bhatni after admitting a patient at Ramban district hospital. In another mishap two boys moving on a motorcycle were injured minorly when their bike collided head on with a Wagon-R in Chanderkot today afternoon. |
