JAMMU, Feb 9: One day convention on The Atrocities on Dalits in J&K State and in the country was organised by Dalit Shosan Mukti Munch at Jammu Thread ware discussions were held on the atrocities on the Dalits, against discriminatory and unconstitutional tactics of the government, withdrawal of new 13 Point roster system and restoration of old 200 point roster system in Universities. And, save Constitution, land reform, special drive recruitment for SC, ST, and OBC in state government and central Government departments to fill the backlog. While addressing the convention Mohamad Yousuf Tarlgaml, said that there has been a spurt in atrocities against Dalits and minorities throughout the country. |
