JAMMU, Feb 23 : Registrar General J&K High Court Sanjay Dhar on the recommendations of the Committee for High Court Staff and the approval accorded by the Chief Justice has ordered promotions in the different cadres of High Court staff. The promotees in the different cadres of High Court staff are Trilok Singh, Assistant Registrar-II, who is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-I in level- 8A in pay structure (Rs 50700-160600) against the vacancy that has fallen vacant owing to the retirement of Kewal Krishan Sharma. Veena Kumari, Syed Shamim and Tasleema Jan, Section Officers are temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-II in level- 8 in pay structure (Rs 47600-151100) against the available vacancies. Shahji Bhat, Brij Lai Singh, Court Officers and Sunil Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Sood, Mohammad Younis Sheikh, Head Assistants are temporarily promoted as Section Officers in level- 7 in pay structure (Rs 44900-142400) against the available vacancies while Syed Gulzar Ahmad, Head Assistant is temporarily promoted as Court Officer in level- 6E in pay structure (Rs 35900-113500) against the available vacancy. Shakeel Ahmad Hakeem, Gh. Rasool Dar, Shaida Hussain, Ab. Majid Malla, Avnish Sharma, Gowhar Nazir, Rajeshwar Singh, Sunil Khajuria, Syed Mubashir, Sunil Saproo and Farooq Ahmad Dar, Senior Assistants are temporarily promoted as Head Assistant in level- 6B in pay structure (Rs 35600-112800) against the available vacancies. The order further clarified that the promotion of Shakeel Ahmad Hakeem shall be subject to the validity of his graduation certificate and in case his graduation certificate is found to be invalid/fake, he shall stand reverted to the post of Senior Assistant. Mohd Zubair Khatana, Choor Singh, Zia-ul-Qamer, Sanya Yousaf, Rajan Salhotra, Narinder Kumar, Nusrat Malik, Neyaz Ahmad Lone, Raghav Gupta, Nidhi Koul, Sandeep Sharma, Tariq Ahmad Mir and Yogeshwar Singh, Junior Assistants are temporarily promoted as Senior Assistants in level-5 in pay structure (Rs. 29200-92300) against the available vacancies. However, the promotion of Yogeshwar Singh is in relaxation of the experience bar. JNF |
