Drugs easily available in Bhour Camp, alleges ABS | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 30: "Nasha Mukt Rashtra Darshan" "(NAMURAD)" anti-drug campaign started by Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj (ABS), a social organization under the guidance of Col (Retd) R K Sharma- Chairman and Daljeet Singh- President has no or nil effect in Bhour Camp as the drugs like liquor, tobacco, chitta, bhucki, afeem and all other means are easily available through the drug peddlers in Bhour Camp. ABS said young generation is spoiling their health, career and ultimately nearing to death. ABS has written a letter bearing No 054/ABS/NAMURAD/18 dated 11 Jun 2018 to Incharge Police Post, Chatha with a copy to SHO, Satwari, SDPO, Gandhi Nagar, DIG Jammu Kathua range and IGP Jammu through Pt Chaman Lal Sharma but no action was taken against the drug sellers till date. Whereas ABS started the campaign with a desire to see the citizens of the state drugs free in order to save the youths of the state from the abuse of drugs, to aware the youths that the drugs are weakening the basic structure of the society and all the evils are due to addiction of drugs. |
