Jammu, Apr 18: District Police Jammu recovered 10 gram Heroin like substance & some cash from four drug Peddlers at Sidhra Jammu today. Reports said that a police party while on routine checking at Sidhra, stopped a vehicle bearing registration No HRYL 2685 for checking. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Mohd Hanief @Kalu, s/o Nazir Ahmed, r/o Batra Sidhra and his associates were identified as Sunil Khan @Fareed, s/o Noor Hussain, r/o Dwara Sidhra, Chand Khan s/o Bundu Khan, r/o Behat, Saharanpur, UP and Abdul Shamid @shabir, s/o Jamat Ali, r/o Lower Ragoora, Sidhra. On search, 10 gm of Heroin like substance alongwith ten thousand rupees cash and a weighing machine were recovered from their possession. Case FIR no.133/2019 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Nagrota. |
