Sat directs ERA officials to take up restoration works in Jammu West

Jammu: In order to know about several basic problems faced by the inhabitants of Ward 35, 37and 38, Former State President BJP and Ex Minister, Sat Sharma (CA) visited and toured all three wards and inquired about various grievances faced by the inhabitants of the wards. He was accompanied by Corporator Sunita Gupta, Yash Pal MANTOO and Surinder Sharma, ERA officials, inhabitants of the wards and political activists of the area.

Speaking on the occassion, Sat Sharma said that hundreds of households were covered during the tour in all three wards along with their Corporators and works that are to be taken up concerning restoration of main roads, lanes and by lanes were discussed. He said the sewerage lines were laid in the areas due to which roads were torn out and inhabitants were facing lots of problems. He stated that directions have been passed to ERA officials to take up the restoration works as soon as possible in order to avoid public distress in the areas. He also directed them to take up the pending restoration works in other 23 wards of Jammu West as well.

Yash Pal Sharma, Sunita Gupta and Surinder Sharma said that our Wards witnessed phenomenal development in recent years and other works which are of utmost importance will also be taken up so that every facility is provided to the inhabitants at their doorsteps.


JE ERA Ravi Salgotra, Raveesh Mengi, Rakesh gupta, Master Harbans, Master Joginder, Sahil Gupta, kulbir Singh, Sangeeta Verma, Bittu, Vicky, Ramesh Sharma and several members of BJP Janipur Mandal along with local residents were present on the occasion.
