| GDC organizes parents-teacher meet | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 11: Government Degree College (GDC) RS Pura today organized a parent-teacher meeting.
The parents were welcomed by Dr. Rajinder Singh, Convener IQAC who gave a detailed insight about the functioning of the college and the facilities available to students.
Principal, Dr. Sunita Sudan in her address appreciated the parents for participating and sparing their valuable time for attending the meet.
All HoD's of the college were also present on the occasion. A total of twenty parents participated in the meet and discussed \ arious issues pertaining to academics, career counseling, infrastructure and extra- curricular activities The issues related to the students were addressed by the concerned faculty members.
The parents were satisfied with the answers and expressed their gratitude to the college administration for inviting them to this meeting and showed their willingness to participate in such events in future also. They also ensured support from their part to the college administration for better functioning of the college. |
