| One dead, another injured in Ramban road accident | | | Srinagar
One person died while another was injured on Sunday after a truck rolled down into a deep gorge at Chanderkote area in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
An official said that a truck bearing registration number JK01P 0417 was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu when the accident took place at Chanderkote area in Ramban after the driver lost control and rolled down into a deep gorge.
He identified the deceased as Muhammad Shafi while the injured was identified as Umer Ahmed of Qazigund.
“The injured has been referred to a hospital in Ramban for treatment,” said an official. |
