| EUYA criticizes backdoor appointments in CVPP Pakal Dul HEP | | |

Kishtwar, May 21: Educated Unemployed Youth Association Kishtwar has strongly criticised the Chief General Manager CVPP Pakal Dul HEP for making back door appointments without following any norms. The leaders of the association have said that the Chief General Manager has not invited any tender notice for engagement of manpower in CVPP Pakal Dul HEP but awarded work order to some influential contractors for deployment of manpower which is due violation of tendering norms.
They further added that these manpower was engaged by the Chief General Manager personally in order to favour some political leaders which needs to be highly probed through central vigilance organisation. |
