JAMMU, May 23: Police claimed to have arrested an absconder who had been evading arrest since long.
After developing a specific information, SHO Police Station Kahna Chak Inspector Romal Singh alongwith his team conducted a raid, traced and arrested one absconder, namely, Bhag Hussain son of Lal Hussain resident of Halka Kullain who had been evading arrest since long in case FIR No. 95/2016 under section 279/338 RPC of Police Station Kahna Chak.
A warrant under section 512 Cr.PC had already been issued by JMIC Munsiff Court Jammu against him, executed with his arrest |
