Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam has shot a letter to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Khan Sahib to investigate into the matter and take strict legal action against the defaulter. The officer has been asked to submit the action taken report within two days.
"Enclosed please find a representation (in original) received from Parvaiz Ahmad Wani S/o. Gh Nabi Wani R/o. Kremshore Khan Sahib regarding the subject matter. In this connection, I am directed to request you to investigate and take strict legal action against the defaulter. Action Taken Report should reach to this office within two days," wrote Additional Deputy Commissioner, Budgam.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam wrote this letter to Sub Divisional Magistrate Khan Sahib with the subject being illegal establishment of HSD Pump at Bugroo Khan Sahib Budgam. The letter has been shot under the correspondence number DCB/PS-HD/19/699 dated 25-06-2019.
The correspondence from Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam was shot after the complainant moved the application with District Development Commissioner, Budgam. The complainant said that a person has illegally set up a petrol pump at Bugroo Khan Sahib in the Central Kashmir district of Budgam.
"This is for your kind information that an illegal DC point is operational at Bugroo Khan Sahib Budgam. The said DC point has been illegally working from the last four to five days. I have already informed the legal metrology department about this. It has come to the notice that the person running said illegal DC point has not obtained any NOC from any department including your good self," wrote Parvaiz in his letter to District Development Commissioner, Budgam.
The complainant further writes, "By selling the fuel illegally, he is creating a misconception among the masses & sending a wrong message. Also his application has already been rejected by the honourable High Court of J&K but still he has the guts to run the DC point. I trust that your good self may take appropriate action against the said person & seal the DC point as soon as possible so that public at large may not get affected."
