| Week -long Bhagwat Saptah Katha concludes at Hanuman Temple Mendhar | | | Early Times Report
mendhar, July 6: The week long Bhagwat Saptah Katha culminated at Hanuman Temple Mendhar in district Poonch today.
The Bhagwat Saptah started on June 29.
The Bhagwat Saptah was organized for peace, unity and in memory of eternal peace of those who laid down their lives for the country.
The Kalash yatra was taken from venue of Saptah Katha to the holy pond of Sone Wali Bawali This was the main attraction of the religious function.
The function culminated with solemnization of Maha Yagya and Puja archana. A large number of devotees took part in the religious function. The devotees were served bhandara.
During the seven day long religious function Shastri Shri Arvind Ji Maharaj from Krishan Nagar ( Mathura - Vrindaban) delivered religious sermons. The people from villages of Gohlad, Mendhar, Harni, Ari, Mankote, etc participated in the function which was organized by Hanuman Mandir Committee members. |
