Early Times Report JAMMU, July 10: Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation Chander Mohan Gupta today visited various parts of Trikuta Nagar and its adjoining localities where he took stock of the various development activities going in these areas. Baldev Singh Baloria, Chairman of Health & Sanitation Committee JMC, Neeraj Puri Councillor of Ward No 54 Trikuta Nagar, Residents of Trikuta Nagar and Nanak Nagar area, presidents and other members of Nanak Nagar Bazar Association, Arun Gupta Xen JMC, Anil Gupta AEE, JMC and other staff of Sulabh International were also present during the tour. Mayor along with others inaugurated the modern Sulabh Sochalaya complex at JDA Park near General Zorawar Singh Chowk Jammu which was the long pending demands of the Morning/Evening Walkers Association as well as members of Nanak Nagar Bazar Association. They sought proper sanitation, maintenance of the park, repairing of defunct lights, installation of new lights in the locality which is located near Railway Station. Mayor assured them that all their demands will be full filled at an earliest also appeal them to cooperate with JMC staff to keep their surrounding neat, clean and green and do not throw polythene, garbage and other waste materials in the park as well as on the main road and public drains. |
