JAMMU, July 22: Jammu Kashmir Batwal Sudhar Sabha today unanimously elected Ajaib singh Mottan as its president.
Gurdass chand was elected as Chairman while SatPaul Lakhotra, Bahadur Chand, Yash Pal Pandit, Bihari Lal as senior vice presidents, Khazan chand, Tilak Raj, Sewa Ram Lakhotra and Jeet Raj Lahoria as vice presidents, Dr Kuldeep Raj as Chief Advisor, Babu Krishan Lal as general secretary, Som Nath mandi and Sodagar Mal as secretary, Ram Lal Lakhotra, Uttam Chand Sandhu, and Rakesh Lakhotra as Press secretary.
Addressing a press conference, the newly elected members of the association aurged the Government to redress the problems of the community at the earliest and also demanded treatment at par with other communities. |
