| Indian style wrestling competition organized | | | Early Times Report
Bhaderwah, July 22: Two days Indian-style wrestling competition begins in the premises Govt Hr Sec School boys Bhaderwah on Saturday, in which one dozen national wrestlers are participating. Youth Action Committee Bhaderwah is organizing the championship in collaboration with Bhaderwah Development Authority and Jammu and Kashmir Police whose objective is to spread the message of communal harmony and divert the attention of youth towards healthy life style and traditional sporting activities.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah Dr Ravi Kumar Bharti inaugurated the two championship along with SDPO Bhaderwah Adil Reshu and YAC President Naseer Mehboob Padder and others.
YAC President Naseer Mehboob Padder said objective of this wrestling competition is to give a strong platform to all wrestlers so that this royal & ancient sport of India doesn't get extinguished. This is an effort to cheer up all wrestlers & to motivate them. Final championship will held tomorrow at 2 PM . |
