| Villagers lock school in protest against non-availability of teacher | | |  Early Times Report
MENDHAR, July 26: Protesting against non-availability of teacher, parents and students of Government Primary School Baniyan Wali Kalaban Zone Mendhar today locked the school.
Despite the strength of 24 students, there are only three teachers posted in the school The teacher also remains absent various times with the result that no class work is the School for last four Days .
It happened again today when students returned home soon after visiting the school where no teacher was also in this school .
Upset over non-serious attitude of the school teachers and the Education authorities, a number of villagers and parents of the students marched towards the school and locked the building.
Social Worker Hasrat Gulam demanded adequate staff for the school or its permanent closure. |
