"There are two types of reader in Bishnah. First is who are preparing for their exams (competitive) and they daily visit at Jammu city to avail reading room facility. Other reader is students (+2 and above), they don't have a place where they can sit and concentrate in their studies after second half of the day. They usually visit at cyber café for a single print out. In both cases it has been seen that there is wastage of time.
