| Amritsar-Lahore 'dosti' bus returns empty from Pakistan amid row over India's Kashmir move | | | ISLAMABAD: After the ''permanent suspension'' of the Samjhauta and Thar Express train services in retaliation to India's decision to revoke Article 370 of its Constitution that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan has now suspended the Lahore-Delhi 'Dosti' bus service, reports aid on Saturday.
According to news agency ANI, the Amritsar-Lahore bus that left for Pakistan without any passenger returned to Amritsar empty.
The driver of the bus said, "we have not got any official or written statement from Pakistan regarding the suspension of bus service yet. Their terminal officer informed just verbally." |
