SRINAGAR, Sept 15: Pursuant to the declaration of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) as unlawful association under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, the Unlawful Activities Prevention Tribunal will hold sittings at Delhi High Court in Court Number 1 on September 20, 2019 at 9:30 am.
The SFJ has been asked to file objections/reply affidavits, if any, before the next date of hearing of the Tribunal at Registrar Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal at Room Number 104, First Floor 'A' Block, Delhi High Court Building, Shershah Road, New Delhi. |
