Jammu, Sept 25: Transport Nagar Association (TNA) in Association with Centre for Eye Sight Organized Eye check up camp for 3 days in Transport Nagar and Checked & treated almost 300 people in Transport Nagar with High tech Machines free of cost and provided free medicines to patients .
Free Eye Check up Camp was to avoid Road Accidents, Low eye Sight is a major cause of road accidents because Drivers are Reluctant to get their eyes checked and treated, Eye camp was very successful almost 300 Drivers were checked and treated with free medicines and specs frames on 50% cost
Vikas Sharma, Vice Chairman, JDA was the Chief Guest On the occasion of concluding ceremony of the Camp, Rahul Sahai, Chairman, Transport Nagar Association (TNA) appreciated Sandeep Mengi, Chairman , Centre For Eye Sight for offerings and pressed upon on keeping these camps on regular basis so that Most of the people can take benefit out of it
Sahai welcomed and thanked Vikas Sharma , VC JDA for his participation especially for coming to Transport Nagar for the Noble cause and also discussed issues of development in Transport Nagar, Sahai Discussed regarding Roads, Sanitation , High Mass lights, UEED projects and JDA departmental issues
Vikas Sharma appreciated Transport Nagar Association (TNA) and Centre for Eye sight for organizing a eye camp for a noble cause and also pressed upon the regular Conduction, VC JDA also discussed Developmental issues in presence of all the Executive members of Transport Nagar Association (TNA) and shared that regarding Roads - Main road approx 800 mtr tender is almost through and work will start shortly, in Sanitation JMC has started numbering of shops for regular services and assured that it will also come up shortly to the expectations, VCJDA shared that 2 high mass lights from 4 are functional and rest also would be functional soon, VC sensitized members of TNA that UEED DPR regarding main Nallah is ready and work will also start soon, VC Assured that for Jda departmental issues he is committed to Give more efficient services and will conduct a separate meeting for resolving all JDA issues soon Rahul Sahai, Chairman TNA, appreciated Vikas Sharma, VC JDA for his positive approach and facilitated VC JDA with all the executive members and office bearers.
