Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 25: Editor, Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Wednesday asked people to look beyond the politicians who, have represented them during the past 70 years. Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Karan Bagh, Chatha link road, Munish said, "The next Assembly elections which will be fought in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir are all set to change the destiny of the people." Munish, who would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency said, "I have taken a plunge into politics to serve my people and to become their voice. During the past four months, I have met hundreds of people from different walks of life. Most of them are yearning for a change." He said, "If I win the election, I assure the people that I will work 24×7 to bring the much needed change and will ensure that small issues, which have become big due to the lackadaiscal attitude of our leaders, are resolved within no time." Munish thanked people for endorsing his vision and assuring him support. "I hope my people won't let me down and will help me in laying foundation of new Jammu." |
