| Poonch district shines in Taekwondo championship | | |

Jammu, Oct 9: Poonch district has shined in the 3rd Association cup Taekwondo championship organized by Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association in collaboration with Directorate of Physical education and sports University of jammu at Gymnasium hall of jammu University. A total of 56 players contingent lead by Rajinder Singh Physical education teacher As Coach and Ashaq Hussain as manager Poonch district won 23 gold 18 silver and 10 bronze and won runner up trophy. On returning to Poonch there is grand welcome of Team by President Poonch district Taekwondo association Makhan lal bhaglal, Nirdosh Kumar incharge manager sports stadium poonch Premparkash luthra vice president PDTA Priyanka singh secretary PDTA, Amit sharma organising secretary PDTA. Speaking on the occasion Rajinder singh coach of Team said that our players give excellent performance he congrats all the medal winners and their parents. |
