| BIS organizes traffic awareness workshop | | |

Jammu, Oct 9: A traffic awareness workshop on the topic, "Your Safety is Our Concern" was held at British International School Jammu in which new Motor Vehicle Act 2019 (Traffic Rules) were highlighted. Sachin Gupta, Dy.SP Traffic City south was the Cheif Guest on the occasion who briefed the students about the Traffic sign and Traffic Rules.
He also laid emphasis on the different offences and their enhanced penalties. He said that the only way to avoid penalty is by following the traffic rules strictly. By following the rules you not only save 'Time' and 'Money' but also save 'Yourself'. The Chairperson, Gita Sharma presented the memento to the Cheif Guest and thanked him on behalf of BIS for making the students and staff aware about new traffic rules. |
