Mahajan Sabha to hold elections in Dec | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 14: Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha has decided to hold the elections of president in the month of December. Addressing media persons, Sabha leaders in response to allegations against the president, claimed that as per constitution of Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha Election for the post of President Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha must be conducted in the month of December and the new President and team should takeover according , in the month of January7, 2020. They further claimed that the working committee meeting will be called after Diwali in November 2019 to elect or select Election Commissioner. Accordingly election if needed be held in the month of December 2019 and New President and its team will take over in January 2020. It was also alleged that one room accommodation in the 1st floor of Lala Hans Raj Mahajan Sabha Subzi Mandi, Jammu as being rented out @ Rs.7 lacs donation and Rs. 3100/- P.M. rent to be collected annually in one installment and 10% increase after four years. The members claimed that they were ready to put the shop on rent if such huge amount as claimed, would be paid by someone. |
