10/23/2019 9:35:28 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 23: A meeting of Bari Brahmana Industries Association Jammu was held today under Chairmanship of Lalit Mahajan in the presence of Tarun Singla, Sr. Vice President, Ajay Langer Vice President of Association to discuss the problem being faced by unit holders for getting procession of the land allotted by J&K SIDCO in Balol Industrial Estate.
It is pertinent to mention here that J & K SIDCO has taken up the matter with the Deputy Commissioner Samba on 13-08-2016 for the preparation of Revenue Documents of 200 Kanalof land along the Balol Nallah but allotted a huge chunk of 522 Kanal of State Land since 2017 onward for the reason best known to the Officials of the Corporation in-spite of the facts that Land was not in their possession and in some cases the Lease Deeds have been executed in Samba Court by the Estate Office Bari Brahmana by showing the Land in their possession as per the site Plans enclosed with the Lease Deed Documents duly registered in the Samba Court. It is a matter of great concern that in some cases J&K SIDCO has taken the full premium of Land and advance Rent of Two years for the Land which is not yet in the possession of the Corporation and in such cases now the Estate Office of the J&K SIDCO Bari Brahmana shown their helpless for the handing over the possession of the land due to non availability of the land documents resulting the uncertainty prevails in the mind of the of budding unemployed youths.
