Jammu, Oct 23: Nowabad Police has arrested one person and recovered stolen gold worth over one lac rupees from his possession.
According to sources, a team was constituted by SP City North, Jammu headed by SHO Nowabad. The team during investigation, rounded up number of suspects and developed leads, based on which one Sahil Dogra resident of Bakshi Nagar, Jammu was apprehended. "During questioning he admitted his involvement in case FIR No. 143/2019 U/S 454/380 RPC of P/S Nowabad. On his disclosure, one gold made bangle and two rings valuing Rs. 1,11, 000 were recovered from his possession. Further investigation of is going on", they said. |
