That your good self may surprised to note that transfers in PWD, PHE,PDD and many other deptt. are just change of tables or hardily 1 TO 10 KM area and lakhs of rupees are being exchanging hands and touts are working throughout the day and night and it is a time to set score for those who did not toe the line of their higher-ups all the transfers DPC needs investigation. |
