| Chandi Mata Jagran held at Rehari Colony | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 3: Jai Maa Sewa Sanstha organized a grand Chandi Mata Jagran at Reahri Colony area of Ward 24. Hundreds of people attended the Jagran and paid their obeisances. The occasion was graced by the presence of Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA). The Jagran started with Bhog followed by grand Arti. Renowned singers from Jammu, Punjab and others sung dozens of Bhajan praising Maa Chandi. Corporator Ward 24 Anu Bali was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on this occasion Sat Sharma threw light on the spirituality and life of Mata Chandi and appreciated the efforts of the Committee for organizing an excellent Jagran from several years. He also asked the people present to involve themselves spiritually as well as it helps in getting a clear direction in life.
On the occasion, artists also performed Kud Dance with other devotees, which is said to be a favorite and traditional dance of Mata Chandi. Sanstha President Munish Kumar Raja along with other members of the Sanstha presented vote of thanks. |
