Jammu, Nov 7: Bagh-e-Bahu Police today arrested one person along with one quintal poppy straw being smuggled outside the state in a truck loaded with apple.
Acting swiftly on inputs SHO Bagh-e-Bahu laid a naka on highway and intercepted one truck PB06H-8697, during checking of the truck, one quintal poppy straw. In the connection a case has been registered as Police Station, and the driver of vehicle Gurmeet Singh resident of Punjab has been arrested. |
