Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 11: District administration retrieved encroached land belongs to health department in Kalakote town of district Rajouri. "Around 2 Kanals of land belongs to health department, where a old building exists, has been retrieved by a team led of Additional Deputy Commissioner Kalakote Krishan Lal", Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohammad Aijaz Asad told Early Times adding that a temporary structure raised within the land belongs to health department demolished by the team. "Led by ADC Kalakote, the team comprises Tehsildar Kalakote, SHO Kalakote and BMO Kalakote visited spot yesterday, following repeated complaints, demolis ed the structure, and the land and the left over the old hospital's building has been handed over to Heath Department through BMO Kalakote with directions to fence the area to avoid possibility of encroachment in future", he added. Acting swiftly, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri ordered an enquiry into the case, finally taking the enquiry to its logical conclusion; the district administration retrieved the land. |
