Jammu, Nov 13: The enforcement staff of Jammu Muncipal Corporation, today sealed unauthorized commercial structure being raised by Rameshwar Singh S/o Sh. Durga Dass at Plot No. 323-A, Last Morh, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.
The said structures was converted from residential to commercial without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have complained against the same. |
