ABVP delegation meets JCCI president | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 22: A delegation of Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarti Parishad (ABVP) today called on Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) president Rakesh Gupta and submitted a 44 point memorandum. Their demands include rollback of semester system, to fill up 6000 vacant posts of teachers in secondary and higher education sector, 50000 jobs to unemployed youths of Jammu Kashmir, permanent infrastructure for newly alloted 53 new colleges, independent level enquiry should be conducted against JKPSC for making appointments in the past 5 years and action against the police officials who Lathicharge on ABVP karyakartas on 13th November in which 25 students got injured. JCCI President Rakesh Gupta assured the delegation to take up their demands with Lt Governor. |
