| Samba, Nov 23: On the directions of National Legal Services Authority and in compliance to directions of J&K State Legal Services Authority, 4th National Lok Adalat is being held on 14th of December, 2019 at District Court Complex, Samba. During the Lok Adalat, pending and Pre-Litigation cases including Bank recovery matters, Labour disputes, Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial, Civil, Criminal Cases of compoundable nature, NI Act, Petty offences, Land Acquisition matters, MACT cases and other related matters are being taken up for settlement. Advocates, Litigants, Banks, Insurance companies and General public who are interested in getting their matters disposed of in an amicable manner, may furnish the details of their cases for its listing in the National Lok Adalat by or before 08th Dec 2019. |
