| JMC seals 3 shops | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 23: On the instructions of Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff sealed three shops being constructed by Rajesh Nischal son of Brij Mohan Nischal at Gali Mangotarian, Jain Bazar, Jammu under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 as the said structures raised without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have agitated and complained against the same. The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken. |
