| JMC Enforcement staff seals illegally constructed shops at Jain Bazar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 23: Enforcement staff, Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed three illegally constructed shops at Gali Mangotarian, Jain Bazar, Jammu under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.
Pertinently, the structures were raised without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and are creating nuisance and traffic hazards in the vicinity to much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area.
JMC has appealed the people to refrain from making illegal constructions and get their building plans whether commercial or residential approved from the Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken. |
