| 10th State Speedball Fest 2019 conclude | | |

Jammu, Nov 23: Closing ceremony of 10th state speedball fest was held today at Birla open mind international school. 1200 participants from 50 schools of various districts participated.
On this occasion an impressive programme was being organised in which Sandeep mehta (SSP special task force) was the chief guest. On his arrival, the chief guest was accorded a warm reception by Ravi Tikku president JKSSB along with Sunny Nanda general secretary JKSSB. Suchita Gupta (Principal IDPS Kathua), Shilpa Mahajan (Principal Shubh memorial school), Sanchita Mukherjee (Principal bomis), Pushpinder charak (youth leader), Arshad Khan ( sports person) were also present on this occasion as guests. An impressive cultural and demonstrstion of speedball presented by the students.
During function Bhumika Gupta was honoured for her achievement in recently world championship. Army public school, Udhampur was emerged as the over all champion while Air Force school secured runner up and Banyan International school secured 2nd runner up. & 3rd runner up Hee Maa public school. Chief guest, Sandeep Mehta in his address extended heartiest congratulation to J&K speedball associations on this occasion and lauded the the associations for organising this type of championships.
Vote of thanks was given by Sunny Nanda (general secretary JKSSB)all gold medal winners students were selected for 11th national federation cup at New Delhi. |
