"Choona Hai Aasman" competition Organised | | | Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 29: Jammu and Kashmir police on Friday organised range level competition of talent hunt "Choona Hai Aasman" in which nine candidates from three categories have been selected for zonal level competition. The range level competition under the aegis of Rajouri and Poonch police range the office was organised on Friday in District Police Lines Rajouri in which Principal of Government Post Graduate college Rajouri, Prof. Shakeel Raina was chief guest while officers from police including Additional Superintendent of Police Rajouri Liyaqit Ali, Deputy Superintendent of Police DAR, Zaheer Abbas, Deputy Superintendent of Police PC, Pranav Mahajan, Staff Officer to DIG RP range, Sagar Singh Slathia, civil society members and others were present in the programme. The candidates of talent hunt events organised at district level in past participated in the range level event under three categories which include 5-12 years, 13-18 years and adult category. Team of judges comprising of Parwaiz Malik, Waseem Anjum, Pardeep Khanna and Khursheed Ahmed judged the performance of participants. A total of nine participants have been selected for zonal level competition who include Arun Deep Singh, Mohammad Hussain and Safreen Akhter from 5-12 years category, Danish Khursheed, Koshal Kumar and Danish Verma from 13-18 years category and Vishal Sharma, Simran Sharma and Ibrar Rather from Adult category. Addressing the event, Additional SP Rajouri Liyaqit Ali said that aim of holding talent hunt competition 'Choona Hai Aasman'is to provide an enrich platform to the people to showcase their talent and to provide them an opportunity to explore success on national level and more. |
