Jammu, Dec 9: The Activist of NCP party has extended gratitude and thanks to Sharad Pawar for appointing a senior and most deserving person Kamal Gupta as State Union Territory J&K /Convenor J&K NCP unit after the unit was dissolved earlier by the party chief.
