REASI, Dec 26: Deputy Commissioner, Indu Kanwal Chib today reviewed the functioning of Revenue Department here at a meeting with concerned officers.
Threadbare discussions were held on various revenue issues like preparation of Jamabandi and identification of qualitative state land for various developmental activities including those for rural marketing. The ongoing process of digitisation of revenue records was also evaluated by the DC at the meeting. The DC stressed on speedy disposal of pending remand cases and daily monitoring of road clearance. She also laid emphasis on adopting a proactive approach towards disaster mitigation and management while maintaining road clearance and ensuring smooth power supply. |
