Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 26: In order to finalise the arrangements being taken to mark the 4th death anniversary of PDP founder and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minster Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, PDP's migrant wing held a detailed meeting at party's Jammu head office on Thursday. According to the PDP spokesman, the meeting held detailed discussion over the arrangements necessary for the function which is being held to commemorate the anniversary of the PDP founder on January 7 next year. As per the spokesman, the migrant wing of the PDP demanded release of the political leaders in Jammu and Kashmir and raised serious concern over the prolonged incarceration of the PDP President Mehbooba Mufti. The meeting while pitching for the release of the political detainees also sought government attention towards ongoing situation which according to them is turning deeply disturbing with each passing day. The meeting deliberated in detail the measures that party will take to seek release of the political leadership besides lifting gag on the communication services including internet and pre- paid mobile services. The leaders highlighted the hardships people especially the student community is facing amid the ongoing gag, underlining the need for lifting the curbs imposed on internet without delay.
