BHADERWAH, Dec 26 : Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhadarwah Dr Rajinder Kumar Khajuria today convened a meeting to review the arrangements for the celebration of Republic Day-2020.
Threadbare discussions were held regarding security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, seating arrangements, power & water supply and other arrangements for ensuing celebration of national event.
It was informed that the main function would be organised at New Bus Stand near ADC Office and the full dress rehearsal of the programme will be held on January 24, 2020.
Directions were issued to the concerned departments for putting in place all necessary arrangements for celebration of Republic Day.
The meeting was attended by Commanding officer 33 Bn CRPF, ASP Bhadarwah, Tehsildar Bhadarwah, Principal GHSS Boys, Xen BDA, Divisional Manager SFC, Block Medical Officer, Tehsil Supply Officer, AEE PMGSY, TSWO, Treasury Officer, Niab Tehsildar, Principals of Private schools and other concerned officers. |
