Jammu, Dec 26: One day Civil Defence awareness prgoramme held at RCDCC Jammu under the supervision of Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu Shashi Thakur which was attended by 55 Wardens/CD Volunteers of Jammu Distt., While speaking on the occasion, she highlighted the importance of Civil Defence and Techniques of first Aid, fire fighting, Rescue, during manmade/natural disaster. She also informed the house that Civil Defence Jammu is going to organize a Mock Drill shortly. Moreover, certificates of 05 days Basic Training held at Sidrha were also distributed among the Civil Defence Wardens/Volunteers. Paramjit Kumar, Chief Warden, Thakur Ranjit Singh Dy. Chief Warden, Jagdish Kumar, Vinodh Sharma, Divisional Wardens, Sanjeev Puri & Vijay Magotra Dy. Divisional Warden also spoken on the occasion. |
