SAMBA, Jan 16: 1st National Lok Adalat is being held on 8th of February, 2020 at District Court Complex, Samba. During the Lok Adalat, pending and pre-litigation cases including Bank Recovery matters, Labor disputes, Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial, Civil, Criminal Cases of Compoundable nature, NI Act, Petty offences ,Land acquisition matters, MACT Cases, Revenue Cases and other related matters are being taken up for settlement .
Advocates, litigants, bank, insurance companies and general public who are interested in getting their matter disposed of in an amicable manner, may furnish the detail of their cases for its listing in the National Lok Adalat by or before 30th January, 2020. |
